  3. Sign Out of Apple ID / Google Account: Unlink payment methods and wipe biometrics.
  4. Bring Original Box & Accessories: Having the original retail box and charging cable can increase your trade-in offer by NPR 3,000 to NPR 8,000.
  5. Clean the Chassis: Remove dirty cases and clean fingerprint oils so our optical evaluation tools can accurately grade screen micro-scratches.
